|Recommended: YesFeels Like Home — Discovery Palms is a really good neighborhood. The front office staff is super helpful, maintenance is always crazy fast, the apartment itself if spacious and well put together. I moved down to Orlando from Jacksonville for work and was worried about finding a good apartment down here as I did not know the area at all. Discovery Palms is actually in a great spot It's right on International Drive but on the less busy side so traffic is never bad, although you're still very close to a lot of stuff. I really can't complain much. If I were to find something to complain about, it would be that I can hear my neighbor above me when he's walking around. But that doesn't really bother me and for all I know, he could just have heavy feet lol. Nonetheless, I am glad I found Discovery Palms
|Recommended: YesThis property is super nice and clean. The community is small and safe. — Discovery palms is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in. It’s clean and very well kept. Residents are quiet and respectful. It is a gated community, therefore it makes me feel very safe. Management team is very quick to respond to any questions or issues that you may have and they are very helpful. It is located in a quiet area that is also very close to the theme parks. Discovery Palms is the only apartment complex I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a place to live down here in Orlando.

|Recommended: YesBest New Home — We moved all the way from CA to get here We signed our lease before COVID hit and everyone in the office has been so wonderful and helpful throughout the entire process. Denise especially during our initial signing process was INCREDIBLE And then Lauren and Laura when we checked in were super lovely. Honestly I've never had such a smooth and easy time signing a lease for a place and a team so on top of keeping everyone safe.
Thank you again to everyone at the leasing office,maintenance, and even our lovely mail carriers at Discovery Palms I can't talk enough about how much we love our new space

|Recommended: YesIts just awesome — If it would have been any other community then i should pic the things and mention it here but DISCOVERY PALMS is just awesome everything in this community is absolutely awesome and wonderful
1 Community is very quite and calm place to stay
2 No External Disturbance
3 There is absolutely no issue in parking at any give point of time
4 Maintenance is really too good and all the issues will be resolved at the earliest
5 24 7 security will give you so much of safety and can lead a hazel free life in this community
i highly recommend this community to all my friends and colleagues
|Recommended: YesGreat staff Beautiful property and perfect location — I have rented on off again now for at least 5 years. Office staff have always been more than welcoming and they know their residents. The amenties are a plus Maintenance is always quick to respond. If I had to say something negative, it would only be that rent has increased a lot over the years but I'm sure that is going around everywhere.
